All NewsMilford City Council unanimously approved the preliminary plan for the Milford Corporate Center at the former Fry Farm property. The 27-lot office and warehouse complex will include stormwater facilities, a new water tower, a sewage pumping station and a public walking path. The plan also includes traffic improvements and no access to Churchill Road. Council approved the project’s requested signage and block-length waivers.
The city will receive $2.7 million in state funding for road improvements necessary for the construction of the Milford Corporate Center, a spokeswoman for the city confirmed.
